EZQuote allows you to retrieve recent and historical end-of-day quotes
for virtually any stock, index, mutual fund or ETF publicly traded in the
USA or other world markets. The data can be stored in MetaStock or ASCII
format and can be easily analyzed using any charting software package.
By default, the data is downloaded and saved in MetaStock format. Therefore,
you do not need to waste your time converting data. Download quotes and
analyze data right away using your MetaStock software. EZQuote supports
MetaStock versions 7, 8, 9 and 10.
An easy conversion tool is included with EZQuote. It allows you to convert
data from MetaStock format to ASCII format. Flexible conversion options allow
you to create your own customized format, which is then acceptable to the
charting software of your choice. Predefined settings are available for many
popular charting software programs, including Excel, TradeStation, and
Neuroshell.
The downloading process ensures accurate, split adjusted data and fast
downloading of market quotes with a convenient progress bar indicator and
last download report. You can stop your downloading at any time.
In addition to predefined symbol lists for 22 world exchanges available,
the latest version of symbol database includes FOREX quotes, US and foreign ETFs,
variety of market indices, sectors broken down to industries and more,
over 30,000 predefined symbols in total. This is a great tool to find and select the
securities you are looking for. You can easily update your existing symbol database
to the latest available.
With new 1.08 version you can create your own customized symbol list using sym file,
in full compliance with standard MetaStock sym file. Also, only in version 1.08, you can
calculate your own customized index for any group of securities. This version is fully
compatible with Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.

used by EZQuote, we are happy to inform our customers that, beginning from
version 1.04, EZQuote is available for purchase on a lease-to-own basis.
Instead of purchasing EZQuote for the full price, you can lease EZQuote
monthly until you own it. By leasing EZQuote monthly, you
do not risk losing your money if free market data becomes suddenly
unavailable.
Market breadth is defined by the fraction of advancing and declining securities
in the market. Variety of market breadth indicators, such as A/D Line, A/D Ratio,
Arms Index, McClellan Oscillator and others, are designed to help traders and investors
evaluate the current state of the selected market.
